EDITAL DE CONVOCAÇÃO
O Presidente do IBRAFLOR – Instituto Brasileiro de Floricultura, KEES SCHOENMAKER, em conformidade com o seu Estatuto Social, pela presente, convoca todos os associados para a Assembleia Geral Ordinária que será realizada no dia 24 de março de 2022, às 13:00 horas, em primeira convocação com a presença não inferior a 1/3 (um terço) dos sócios efetivos quites, ou, em segunda convocação, às 14:00 horas, com qualquer número de sócios efetivos quites com a tesouraria do IBRAFLOR, no Espaço Cultural Terra Viva, em sua sala de reuniões, tendo como ordem do dia:
- Abertura;
- Aprovação do Balanço 2021 e análise do orçamento 2022;
- Seminário IBRAFLOR – 25/08/2022;
- Encaminhamentos e ações do Planejamento Estratégico;
- Outros assuntos de interesse geral.
