A legislação nacional sobre agrotóxicos (Lei 14785/2023) sofreu uma importante atualização recentemente, trazendo consigo a criação do Sistema Unificado de Cadastro e de Utilização de Agrotóxicos e de Produtos de Controle Ambiental Informatizado. Esse sistema, previsto no Artigo 22 da lei, representa um avanço significativo na regulamentação e controle desses produtos em território nacional.
O que o Sistema Unificado abrange?
De acordo com o texto legal, o Sistema Unificado abrange todas as etapas do ciclo produtivo e de utilização de agrotóxicos e produtos de controle ambiental. Isso inclui estabelecimentos produtores, manipuladores, importadores, exportadores, instituições de pesquisa, distribuidores, profissionais habilitados, agricultores usuários e prestadoras de serviços para terceiros na aplicação desses produtos.
Funcionamento e Regulamentação:
O sistema será estruturado com a captura de dados eletrônicos dos receituários agronômicos emitidos por profissionais legalmente habilitados. Além disso, a venda desses produtos aos usuários será feita exclusivamente mediante receituário agronômico prescrito por tais profissionais, exceto em casos excepcionais previstos na regulamentação da lei.
