RETROSPECTIVA 2022 - IBRAFLOR
Nossa jornada foi longa. Quando olhamos para toda a nossa evolução, temos a certeza de que fizemos um bom trabalho e já começamos a colher os frutos, direcionando com mais clareza as ações e demandas do nosso Instituto. O ano de 2022 envolveu tomadas de decisões estratégicas, e nos fez enxergar (novamente) o quão importante é a união do setor!
Listamos abaixo de forma resumida as ações:
- 4 reuniões Executivas e 8 Administrativas;
- Participação nas 4 reuniões da Câmara Setorial Federal;
- Coordenação das ações do nosso Planejamento Estratégico e Grupos de Trabalho;
- 18 campanhas – Valentine´s Day, Dia da Mulher, Dia do Consumidor, Páscoa, Dia das Mães, Dia dos Namorados, Dia dos Avós, Dia dos Pais, Dia do Homem, Primavera, Dia da Secretária, Dia das Crianças, Dia do Professor, Outubro Rosa, Halloween, Finados, Natal e Ano Novo;
- Contratação da Assessoria Técnica – que é responsável por todos os assuntos ligados a Câmara Setorial – Ana Paula Sá Leitão;
- Trabalho realizado em resposta a Consulta Pública referente à Portaria de Mudas (Portaria SDA Nº 533, de 17 de fevereiro de 2022);
- 3 feiras – Fecaplant, Hortitec e Enflor;
- Organização do nosso 11º Seminário de Lideranças;
- 9 Edições do Boletim Informativo e administração das redes sociais;
- Três Cartas Informativas: 1) Situação do mercado de flores e plantas no período do Dia das Mães (05/ 2022); 2) PL 658/21 sobre o Programa Nacional de Bioinsumos (07/2022), 3) Análise de Mercado (12/2022);
- Trabalho inicial com a campanha Selo Azul Ibraflor – certificação sobre o uso correto da água/ deverá ser lançado esse ano na Hortitec;
- A atualização dos dados do Setor, Diagnóstico da Cadeia de Flores e Plantas Ornamentais do Brasil, segue em andamento – CEPEA;
- Discussões sobre a sucessão da Diretoria. Fizemos a revisão do estatuto que hoje nos rege e trabalhamos para que sejam feitas as adequações e adaptações necessárias;
- Reforma Tributária em andamento, temos acompanhado o andamento, sempre em busca de atualizações, inclusive estamos se movimentando a fim de realizar parcerias com outras entidades representativas (CNA, FPA, Ibrahort e Abrafrutas).
